Basement In-Law Suite

We took an odd basement space that was strictly utilitarian and added easy to maintain wood laminate flooring, French doors to a private guest area and master bath. We also added an egress window which adds a tremendous amount of light. This took a basement space that was used as utility area and added a full new addition to accommodate guests.
